Spam coming from Guest Comments Option.

I am getting continuous spam after I used Guest Comments Option on my website. I removed the Guest Comments Options but even now the spam is coming in continuously. When I click on the following link in the mail recieved Use this link to approve the comment:
http://www.wisdomhall.in/admin/guestbook.php?id=1d3144y0 I takes me to a login screen where I can't login. Please help

Hello Hemant,
The lofin for the page can be found in WebSite X5 in Step 4 - Access Management - and the login infos are in the Admin user for the project.
You can try to delete all the content online and export the project without the guestbook again.
