Hello Gorg,

Try to uninstall the program and then delete the installation folder in Program Files. Once done with the rightclick choose to run the installer as Administrator and then check if the Cell Styles are present.

my V9 and V10 is in folder Program Files (x86) , becouse I instal Windows7 64 bit version!?

Allso, my pictures in V9 project is missing into page ( and priview to !) in gallery is missing - but if I click into *missing thumbnails* there is immage into showbox !? I must manualy load all pic, again...and there is a big and too long bussines...on all project...

What can I do with this strange problems!?

Hi, now I have big problem with v9 too, on WIN 7 x64 !?

On address http://www.restoranjezero.net is site that I must update , but when open project in V9, happend this as on attached pictures belove!??

What is that, how to solve this as soon as possible !?? I must update site for my clients now, and in this case I must all text and all picutures load again - as same as I start new project from strech, allmost !!?

Please, send me fast reply I cant wait two or three days becouse nead to update site now !

Hello Gog,

Please check if the images are still present in the folder that is shown in the image generation error message. If the images are present then try to press CTRL while you open the preview.

If the images are not in the folder then you have to move them back in this folder or you need to add them from the new location in the program.

Win7 64bit have one level much then win XP that is problem and V9 is only 32 bit version !?

My question is : why this version dont take cell style from his instalation directory !???? If I must to reload all immages for all my projece, I do this too meny days, all my updates from clients is stoped becouse this annomaly ! Yes, meny people use 32 bit sistems, and I use XP 32bit for 20 days ago, but, processors in my comp is 64 bit, all my components is allmost new, why I use 32 bit....its like Punto engine in Ferari shel, isnt it !? And now, I have problem with that , to back on XP is too late, to put again all immages into all site is = allmost making new site...too meny problems into little space for me .

Is any solution for this ( today if you can )

Hello Gorg,

The issue comes more from the permission set to the program than to the extra level. If zou imported the IWZIP file it recreates all path to the images according to the new computer. The difference between 32 and 64 bit is only on how the cpu is used and adressed. Try to start the program with "run as Administrator" and if you import the iwzip file it will have all images in the correct place.
