Uploading the new alterations

changing website: when i change the template and the pages, I can NOT upload them. The old one is stil brought for and the new one is not altering the old one. So I keep online the old version of the site and pages. What to do

Have you tried to press CTRL + F5 on the browser to see if then the new template is visible?
