why with website x5 Evolution 9 can not put negative number for promotion to our customers on the site such offer 25.00 gift

Unfortunately this feature is not presentand it is not possible to have it in WebSite X5. I would like to suggest that you open an "Idea" Post where you describe to us the feature you would like to see implemented in the future releases of WebSite X5.
