Hello Nikita,

Please try to uninstall the .NET Framework 4.0 and then use following cleanup tool:

http://cid-27e6a35d1a492af7.skydrive.live.com/self.aspx/Blog_Tools/dotnetfx_cleanup_tool.zip

Once done reinstall the .NET Framework from following link:

Please check also if after there are any windows updates and then test the program again.

Please keep me updated.

I've done everything you've written, but the program still does not open the projects.

Hello Nikita,

Yes you can reinstall the program. Try to uninstall it and then delete the WebSite X5 folder in program files. Once done download the latest installer from your answers.websitex5.com profile and then reinstall the program again.

Try to check always for Windows Updates because it was already reported this issue on the Microsoft website and with the automatic updates it should have been fixed: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2640103/en

Please keep me updated.
