I am using the trial version and would like to ask - How to create a page - that does not appear on the menu - but do not want it locked.

In Step 2 (Sitemap Creation) create your page as normal and switch the focus to it by clicking once on it with your mouse. Then click on the button in the toolbar at the top which displays 'Hidden Page in the Menu' when you hover your mouse over it
