Ver 10 no audio

I have just installed X5 ver 10. My problem is that I can't get audio to play on the site. I have re- installed ver 10 three times after an error message which comes up if I try to play the audio file within the website. I have tried all audio file types but to no avail. All files play OK in Windows Media Player. I also have ver 9 installed & the audio works fine on that. Can you please help?

Please try to install Chrome Browser on your computer and then install the media player plugin by following the instruction on this page:
http://support.google.com/chrome/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=95697
After you installed this plugin in chrome visit the following page and install the external flash player for chrome:
get2.adobe.com/flashplayer/?fpchrome
you will get the message that the plugin is already available in chrome. Proceed to install it.
Once done open WebSite X5 and then try to check if the audio works.
