Problems during conversion between version 9 and 10

I have just installed X5 ver10 and have encountered 2 problems after converting a version 9 project to version 10. 1. Flash files do not play in the header 2. Information in the rows no longer butt up against the row above, all of the second row information now has a space between row 1 and row 2 and I cannot move it. i.e. in version 9 if you had a single line of text in row 1 the Jpeg in row 2 would move up to be placed imediately below the text in row 1. I now have a space in all pages between row 1 and row 2

For the flash files issue please try to open the preview in WebSite X5 and then visit the following page to install the Flash Player Plugin:
http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
Yuo need to scroll down and download it also if it tells that it's already present a built-in.
Once the flash player for chromium is installed restart the program and try again the preview to see if the flash files works.
Can you please send me a screenshot about the row issue?
