Where does Evolution 9 save project files

Evolution 9 stores project files in the path you specify for the 'Projects folder' in 'Preferences'...
This can be found via the very first screen which appears in V9, before you click on the 'Start' button to proceed. The 'Preferences' screen can be accessed from the menu on the left-hand side.
