Hi, today i install the software into the second computer, but when i update the software, a tip window tell me i should close other programs, so i close all programs except the "website X5", but I still can't update this software. Pls tell me how to solve this problem, or can you provide the steps so that i can follow it to solve this problem. Thanks in advance!
