Hello Alokore,
Can you be a little more specific as to what sort of problem you are experiencing? Are you unsure how to construct an email form, or have you made a form and are finding that you don't receive any emails with submitted information?
A few points for the time being... Email Forms make use of PHP... your server must support this, and the PHP MAIL command must be active.... you can check your server configuration by logging into your WebSite X5 online control panel as detailed in the following link:
http://help.websitex5.com/en/index.html?pannello_controllo.htm
You can use the facilities in the control panel to send test emails, which may help you to discover if you need to set an alternative script type before the email function will work correctly on your server. You can make permanent changes to your email send settings in Step 4 Advanced Settings - Data Management - 'Sending E-mail'
You can alter both script type and data submission type in Step 4, so it is worth trying all the different combinations to see which works for you.
Be aware that some webhosts have strict email filters in place, which may regard PHP-generated emails as spam... check any spam filter settings or spam folders with your webhost.
Finally, there is an update available for version 10 which will improve your overall experience with the software. Click on 'Check for Updates' (on the left hand side of the very first screen which opens when you first start X5) to download and install it.
Let us know if you still have difficulty.
Kind regards,
Paul

Hello again Alokore,
Have you tried logging on to your WebSite X5 control panel as described above? You will be able to make some checks and send test emails.
If you're unsure what your password is then you can find it listed in Step 4 Advanced Settings - Access Management... double-click on 'Admin' in the 'Administrator' group.
Keep us informed as to the results of the tests.
Kind regards,
Paul
