WELL I HAVE A PROBLEM PUTTING VIDEOS IN THE SITE THAT IM WORKING WITH. I WANT THE VIDEOS TO HAVE AN IMAGE PREVIEW BUT WHATEVER I TRIED IT STILL DISPLAYS BLACK?...LOOKING FORWARD FOR AN ANSWER..

Hello Mark,
Do you refer to the function image preview of the video in the Sitemap Tab?
If yes then this image will be only shown in the Sitemap of your project and will not be used as first image in the video because at the moment it is not possible to have this feature in WebSite X5.
I would like to suggest that you open an "Idea" Post where you describe to us the feature you would like to see implemented in the future releases of WebSite X5.
