How to import header and footer?

I've just updated to Ev10 and I can see there is no option to import images for header or footer. It is possible in Ev9 though. Is the only option to insert image?

Hello Marko,
Go to Step 1 General Settings - Template Selection...
Highlight/select the custom template of your choice from the list available, by clicking on it once to make it turn blue - now click the 'Edit' button on the far right hand side of the screen (you can make as many custom templates as you like by using the 'Duplicate' button)
In the new screen which appears you can select 'Header' and 'Footer' from the 'Page Section' drop-down menu, and set a path to an image file of your choice under 'Graphic Properties'
