how do you create age restricted products so you get a page declaring you're over 18 ?

Hello Harvey,
You can use the Welcome Page where you add the message that the content is only suited ofr an adult public and you add below a link to the the page home.html for the Yes I'm over 18 and a link to another website like as example google.com if they click on No I'm not over 18.

hello, what if only some products are age restricted and you only want a verification on certain products but not the whole site ?

At the moment it is not possible to have this feature in WebSite X5. I would like to suggest that you open an "Idea" Post where you describe to us the feature you would like to see implemented in the future releases of WebSite X5.
