If you expand the 'Commands in the Options section' then you will find this text:

You can use the commands in this section to create the list of options  that are available for the new product you are adding to the Shopping Cart.

The main options of a product are, for example, the size, color and alternative models of the same product. Each option may have sub-options. For example, the "XY T-shirt" may have the main size options  "S", "M" and "L": the sub-options for "S" may be "Black", "Red" and "Green"; the sub-options for "M" may be "Black" and "White", and so on.

However, I have spent some considerable time on this myself this morning and have been unable to find a way to do this within the program (the help file unfortunately doesn't make it clear how this can be achieved)

I suggest we wait for some expert input from Claudio or someone else at the Incomedia team.
