Please add the following functions in the E-mail Form Object's "Insert Field" list:-

1. A function to insert an extra blank line (or number of lines) between sections to define them;
2. An option to "insert text" to be able to create a heading above a section to define the following input section;
3. The same field in 2 can be used (selected) to put a note after an input box (in the same line) to define or give more information about the field name. So the choice can be to "Display on the same row as previous Field"
