Problem with installation

Hello! I've bought Website evolution 10 yesterday! I tried to install it on my notebook, but it didn't install. The error occurred: unable to find a version of a runtime to run this application. What does it mean? What should I do? Can I try to install it on another my computer? Could you please help me? Kristina.
