I get the name of a page on the page itself as the first word. How to avoid that?.

Hello Paul,
To deactivate it zou need to go to step 4 Styles and Models and then select from the drop down menu PAGE TITLE and uncheck the "visible" box.
In this way it will no more appear on the pages.
