How to write metatag in the home page?

Where can find the tool for inserting the metatag file at the head of the home page. this could be found under general setting expert or elsewhere. I cannot fine the mention of "Expert" in any top menu

Hello Fouad Khalaf,
The option to add metatags in the HEAD section or to add any cvustom html code is only present in the Evolution Version but not in the Compact Version.
