Since I bought W.E.9 & 10 I have not been able to download a .pdf manual. The links are there (please do not give me instructions for how to download my purchases) but when I click the link, for the x10 .pdf manual, nothing happens. Does any one else have this problem? I have tried with two different machines running Windows 7 and Windows XP.
