I've registered last saturday and completed my profile yesterday. A friend of mine started up my site and because I want full controll over it myself, I bought the program. I have installed the program and imported the iwzip files from a usb stick. After some modifications I put the site online. When I google the name of my site I can see four pages, two of them are Unregistered? What can I do about that? I have read some solutions in this forum and applied them. Ctrl + preview didn't work. After that removing and re-installing the program didn't work.

Hello Ron,
Please try the following: uninstall all Incomedia WebSite x5 programs installed like the Free and Demo Versions, and then delete the installation folder present in Program files. When these folders are deleted, proceed to delete also the licence.iwl files in the WebSite X5 folders in AppData\Local\Incomedia\ and then download the most updated version from your answers.websitex5.com profile in the "Downloads" section.
You will need to deactivate the antivirus and firewall and then run the installer, with the right click option, as administrator.
Follow the registration procedure and once installed, run the program again as administrator with the right click option.
When the program starts, open the project and then reload all image by pressing CTRL + Preview.
Please let me know if you manage to solve the issue.
Thank you,
Samantha

Hallo Samantha,
Thanks for your reply.
I just checked google for it's status. Apperently some former updates had result, 'cause there's only one 'Unregistered' page left at this moment (see pic). I made a slight modification on this page and uploaded the whole site again. I'll wait for one day toe see if this helps. If not, I will follow your instructions.
Ok, perfect. Thank you for updating me.
