Why is the text on my mobile phone large?

Does anyone know how the fix the problem that some text on my website is normal (size) on a smartphone and some text gets very large on a smartphone?
the text is the same size when you look at it on a pc .... :(
I cant find a solution ... please help

Erwin, please give us a website and the page the problem is on, without it is very difficult to see.

Zoals vermeld graag een website en dan liefst even aangeven of het een bepaald deel is of niet. De opmaak van sites loopt over vele aparte opmaak delen. wellicht staat er ergens iets fout maar zonder info of referentie is dit niet te achterhalen.

The text on the above page that starts with 'SIT BACK, RELAX AND LET MY WEBDESIGN DO ALL THE WORK' gets enlarged on a mobile phone / tablet browser.
The text that starts with 'GOOGLE HOUDT VAN MIJ' doesnt.
My main question is: Is there a way to make sure a mobile browser shows the website as it is, no text enlarge and / or other wierd stuff ...
maybe someone else can help. In my phone and pad they all look exactly the same as on my pc also there just capitals no enlarged tekst.

I tested the website too and all text had the same size. Can you please send me a screenshot and tell me on what device does it happens and what browser if it's not the default browser?
