Hello,
After the update from version 9 to 10, I wanted to use the coupon for the webhosting but that did not work out. (Invalid number) Now I have some attempts but get nig getting the message that the voucher number is wrong does anyone know why because I'd like to use. (number is still active) regards,

your one.com voucher has expired on the 05/05/2013. You do not get a new one with the upgrade version, it is only valid for full editions.
I see that you have created and used the voucher you received with your WebSite X5 Evolution 9.
