I don't receive any e-mail regarding purchases?!
I receive e-mails from my website other than purchase e-mails.
I do not receive an e-mail when someone buys something from my website. But they get the e-mail regarding their purchase.
www.rezistansfiyatlari.com this is my website. Well, it was working before, but suddenly I started to have this problem about a month ago. After that, I have deleted the whole website and uploaded again but no luck. I use the same e-mail adress for any kind of forms, surveys, comments etc. in the website.
I also have checked the online /admin test page, photo attached. There are no problems.
What could be the reason of this problem?

Did you contact the hosting support to ask if they made any changes in the PHP mail() function since it was working correctly before?
Did you also check if the email you set to receive the orders is correct or moves the orders to the spam folder?

Yes, it seems there are no problem at their side. Besides, I have other websites, also hosted by them (Godaddy). They are working.
Yes I have also checked my mails settings. There is no mail about purchases, but other than that, I am receiving, such as survey forms.
It is also weird that customers are getting the mail.
I have also noticed something (after the last update of the evolution10), in the step 2, "country" section does not open when trying to fill invoice details. Anyway I had to elliminate the "country" section in order to get to the next step.
Perhaps I should delete the whole website and the software then create it all over again?

Please try to open the project and then press CTRL while you start the preview and then export the complete project again online to check if then the orders arrives to you.
