E-Mail Attachment Problem

I am unable to receive e-mail attachments from the website to my e-mail, but I can send a attachment from my e-mail to website and receive the attachment. I understand there is a new update or a beta version that can solve this problem but I am unable to find the update. What can I do?

Before it was working with the project you made?
Did you contact the hosting support to ask if the provider supports to send attachments?
