I want to create a website which allows a user to select from several drop-down menus and input text, then allow another user to look up and cross-reference the data input from the first user using the same drop-downs and text box. User A inputs X, Y, Z, and User B is looking for X, Y, Z, returning an answer to User B. It seems like php to me, but if anyone has a suggestion on the easiest way to do this, it would be appreciated!
