X5 does that automatictly for you, you don't need to watch specific settings for this.

So just create your site the way you want it, if it is only intended for mobile's you can make use of the mobile template, these are graphicly more suitible for mobile's. But both (mobile template or not) wil work the best way on pc's and mobile.
