Youtube- HTML field or Video option?

Youtube. What to do exactly? Hello, I was wondering the following: When I want to add an embeded youtube video on my website, do I have to add it with HTML code? or with the video option? Both gives me a time out once I test the page, is that normal?

use audio/video object, then copy/paste your link code inside youtube field.
yes, and once your website is uploaded to the server, will work just fine.
