No follow links

I have text pages with multiple links to other websites, but I need to make them 'no follow' so as I am not crucified by Google - does anyone know how to do this within X5(v10)?

use robot.txt and add to the roots of your public_html in your host
User-agent: *
Disallow: /your page name with extension, for example; portfolio.php or contact.html
Disallow: /admin
Disallow: /captcha
Disallow: /menu
Disallow: /imemail
Disallow: /pcss
Disallow: /res
Disallow: /style
in that case google will not visit that page.
