Quantity problem in cart

i have 1 item to sell as quantity in online store but when you get to your basket in the checkout, there is an option for adding more of the same item which isnt possible

If two people order the same product at the same time you have the same problem even if it is hidden in the basket the field
unfortunately there is no stock control inside shopping cart. hopfully in feature release!
