Gallery keeps crashing

Hi, I am experiencing a problem where I try to add a Gallery to any page but once i try to add images, it gives me an error and asking to reinstall the program. Has anyone had this?

Marnitz, Tell us what version you have because we can't see a version in your profile.
An error or prtscrn might help as well.
