My order download link is not valid

I purchase the full version of website x5 evolution 10 yesterday and a download link was sent to me, but to I'm unable to use the link because is saying 'Download link not valid' why?

go to your profile here (at the top, next to the flag) choose download from dropdown menu, you can always download the latest version of your x5 from your profile.
