Voir aussi à nettoyer le cache de ton ordinateur...(Ouvre la boîte de dialogue pour le nettoyage de cache en pressant les touches ctrl+shift+suppr (ou del) de ton clavier (Cela fonctionne avec FireFox, Internet Explorer et Chrome))).

Hello, je signale au support... J'ai le même souci avec la V9 quand je veux installer un diaporama.

Bizarre tout de même car avec texte et photos simples cela fonctionne... Message d'erreur à chaque insertion d'un diaporama !  (???)

Je vais tenter une réinstallation pour voir ce que ça donne. Attendre le passage d'un technicien pour avoir un avis technique sur ce plantage.

Je reviens après réinstallation du logiciel : un plantage à la première ouverture avec un diaporama classique Flash, puis tout semble correct après une deuxième relance du logiciel. Testé plusieurs modèles et plusieurs galeries.

MAIS... nouvelle erreur au 3ème lancement... ... Désespérant !

A tout hasard, une bonne désinstallation, un rédémarrage de l'ordinateur, puis une réinstallation propre a-t-elle été réalisée?

si oui, mettre le programme en "Administrateur" (clic droit sur l'icone de Website x5, onglet compatibilité, executer ce programme en tant qu'administrateur).

Relancer le programme et essayer de voir si ca passe ...

La chose bizarre c'est que ça ne le fait que lorsque j'insère une galerie Flash. Avec les autres objets tout fonctionne correctement. Il est vrai que je n'utilise plus la V9 depuis fort longtemps. Je m'y suis remis pour tenter de dépanner Domi et j'ai réussi à récupérer hier le fichier de Philippe pour qu'il puisse le reprendre sous V10.

Je vais jeter un oeil sur les dernières mises à jour du système pour voir s'il n'y a pas quelque chose qui cloche. Pourtant mes fichiers au format SWF s'ouvrent facilement. Bizarre, bizarre...

Try to install all windows updates and then try also to repair the .NET Framework 3.5:

Windows XP:

To repair the .NET Frameworks 3.5  in Windows XP you need to use following cleanup tool:

Windows Vista / 7 / 8 :

Go to Control Panel then choose Programs and Features and then click on Turn Windows features on or off. Clear the check box for Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5.1 and then click on OK. After Windows disables the feature you will need to go back to re-enable Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5.1

@Jiper try to see if the flash player plugin is causing this issue since it could be it has some issues and blocks the swf file while executed. Try also with different flash files to see if the same happens.

I tested today on V9 : my single flash files work fine. When I test a classic flash slideshow, it's OK. But when I want to change the slideshow format (ie : horizontal flash slideshow instead of classic...) WX5 V9 crashes. 

I create a new projet with only Hor Flash Slideshow and 4 pictures : don't work = crash again.

New project again with classic flash slideshow and 8 pictures : works fine! I change it to vertical flash slideshow = don't work = crash!!

Very strange...

See my screenshots in attachment. It's not important for me because I use V10 & V10 Pro but it will be interesting to know what happens in V9 with these options of galleries. (my O.S. is Win 8.1 Pro).

Hello Jiper,

It could depend on IE11 since it is used for the preview where the "Enhanced Protection Mode" makes the flash player crash since it seems to not be completely compatible with it.

Try to deactivate the "Enhanced Protection Mode" for IE and then test it again to see if the same issue happens again.

To disable Enhanced Protected Mode, follow these steps:

1. Start Internet Explorer for the desktop.
2. Tap or click Tools, and then tap or click Internet options.
3. On the Advanced tab, click to clear the Enable Enhanced Protected Mode check box under Security.
4. Tap or click OK.

If this should not help try to update the flash player plugin to see if this helps.

Hi Claudio, everything is done, nothing changes.

I tested with classic flash gallery with 35 pictures and the slideshow works fine. All single flash files work too.

When I want to use Horizontal or Vertical flash gallery WX5 V9 stop working.

Don't worry anymore for me, I don't use flash galleries and now I work only on V10 & V10 Pro  ;o))

Hello Jiper,

It seems to depend on Internet Explorer and Flash where the flash player plugin is automatically present and cannot be changed or updated manually. The best option is to use the HTML5 galleries so it will be possible to continue to work on the project.
