Comment submission form posistion on my blog page

I want to move the comment form the bottom of the page to the top of the comments on my blog page here is the link to the page http://www.dreammakerlimousines.com/blog/?id=n225p69r My visitors are having to scroll all the way to the bottom to leave a comment. Thank you for any help!

Hello Burt,
At the moment it is not possible to have this feature in WebSite X5. I would like to suggest that you open an "Idea" Post where you describe to us the feature you would like to see implemented in the future releases of WebSite X5.
