Wrong version on my backup CD

I purchased Website x5 Home 10 and I recently had a bad Windows 7 update and had to do a Factory restore. My backup CD has only WSX5-cp-9 and I can not unlock this with the unlock code that was supplied.

Did you check your profile?
See top right button and goto download for the latest version and also check to see if your lycence key is there (my lycenses).
If not helpfull let me know I will set the post for Incomedia to check.
So let me know how it worked out.
