Interior bottom margin for a chart cell does not work

Good Morning,
If for a chart cell I decide to assign a background color, the lower margin is not adjusted properly to the chart while all the interior margins have been set to 0.
What did I make wrong?

It is a bug!
It only happens when I add bullets in a cell. (see other image)

I also noticed the same behavior and I already informed the developers. They will check the issue and, in case, fix it in the future updates. You will receive a notification of a new update in the opening screen of WebSite X5 and you can see the changes made in the updates on websitex5.com/changelog/v10 .
