Shopping cart order confirmation 
Autor: David P.I am setting up a shopping cart on our site. have added products ect and all works fine. I have also set up some hidden pages so when a customer purchases a product and submits the order they go to these pages to uploead images. i have tried to set the pages in the payment type. (see attached image), but everytime i save it reverts back to the home page on payment confirmation page selection & order error page.
i have made dummy purchases but at the end of the order on step 4 i get the order number & info but it does not take me to my hidden pages or home page??
i have not yet uploaded the changes to my website to the internet have just tested on the preview page so shopping cart for our edible images is not live as yet.
any help would be appreciated.

Hello David,
these options works only if you use the Pay Now function with PayPal where the payment is verified from PayPal and in case it went all ok it send you to the Confirmation Page, on contrary to the Error Page.
With the Pay Later option the payment cannot be verified and the program doesn't knows if the payment went ok or not.

so is there anyway i can add an add an email form to the step 4 part of the order as i need my customer to be able to upload & send image once they place an order even if they have not paid for it straight away, by selecting pay later?. dont wwant to have to send them emails asking them to email their photo.

At the moment it is not possible to add an email form at step 4 of the order so they will be able to send you an image. I would like to suggest that you open an "Idea" Post where you describe to us the feature you would like to see implemented in the future releases of WebSite X5.
