Hi there,

Using evolution 9. Cannot get a video to load on smart and android phones but will work via web. using the 'video and audio' content field. Using youtube video url: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xsJfJn3omVg Any information on this would be greatly appreciated.

Can you give us the complete version nr ? This helps us better to help you. Is it the latest version ? If not please update.

If so try ths:

goto youtube click the share button, embed and copy the code, go to  x5 insert the code inta an HTML and widget cell.
