Website 11 - Windows 10 - CefSharp.dll issue

Dear support
After having installed a recent update from Windows 10, I have an issue with CefSharp.dll.
I searched for this topic and found some solutions the most complete being : https://helpcenter.websitex5.com/post/125273
So I removed C++, WSX5, deactivated .NET and made all the installations again (many times as perhaps the sequence might be important.)
Unfortunately I still get the error message. Could you advice ? Many Thanks.

Hello Thierry,
Did you install the X86 Versions of the Visual C++ libraries from following link?
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2977003
It is necessary to install always the X86 Version of them also if youhave an 64bit system to make it work correctly.

I tried many options installing / checking / de-installing / etc...
I was almost desperate... and I found this post https://helpcenter.websitex5.com/post/125740#21
Now it is also working well for me... but it took exactly 2 months (today).
I have to admit that I was too busy to search for a solution over Christmas time.
