Showbox won't work in Firefox or IE

Hi guys I have been trying to get the showbox feature work on my site nad it refuses what am I doing wrong?
I have tried in Firefox 16.2 and IE latest version but it will not load the pictures associated with the first image. The images are small ie thumbnails but that should work?
Help suggestions please.

Can you please try with a new project and add a product in the e-commerce with a picture and test if so the showbox is working?
If in this case it works, try to add a new product to your current project and test if it's shown this time.
Please let me know if it works.

Hello Claudio I really need a solution to this problem as I have 1,000 books to add to this shop or I shall be forced to use other software but I like Incomedia. Please help solve this!
Hello Bill,
Open Step 4 - Shopping Cart - and ther in Products, choose to edit the product, and then remove product linked page.
If you set a linked page the showbox get's deactivated because every html element can only have one link and since also the showbox is a link one has to deactivated to work.
If you remove the linked page the showbox will work again.
