Importing from v9 to v11

I have just updated to v11 having skipped v10. I now seem to have no access to my existing projects created in v9.The import function only recognises iwzip files. Could you tell me how to rescue them, please, or if not how to reinstall the previous version. Ich verstehe auch Deutsch.

Bob, Just export you project in step 5 with v9.
These files can then be imported in V11.

I do not have version 9. I lost it when I installed version 11. How do I get it back? I am really frustrated by this!

Hello Bob,
You should be still able to reinstall Version 9. In case you don't have the installer you can download it from your profile here under the "downloads" section.
In case of difficulties to unlock it follow the procedure described on following link and then zip the websitex5.html file and send it here as attachment so I can generate an unlock code for you:

Once installed open the projects one by one and export them as IWZIP files.

I do not have the activation key for v9 any longer. I have found the one for v8 and v11 but not v9. Can you help please?
