Evo Version 10 to Evo Version 11

Hi to all
Previously I purchased Evo 10. And I understand that I can install one on my laptop and one on my office PC. I installedh on my laptop. However, I haven't yet install on my office PC.
Recently I upgrade / purchase Evo 11 and installed on my laptop. That means I have 2 Website X5 (Evo 10 and Evo 11), correct?
Thus, I've tried to install Evo 10 on my office PC and upon registration, I keyed the Serial No. and email registered for Evo 10, but failed - please refer attachment.
Can anyone assist me of what could be the issue.

Hello Shukri,
Please try temporarily switching off your anti-virus, firewall, and/or anti-spyware whilst attempting activation, as these can sometimes interfere with the process.
