a week ago I asked incomedia team to help me to reinstall EV8 because after upgrading to Windows10 the computer code does not work. but incomedia did not react, and finally, one week later they asked me to write a question here in this forum and to look for an upgrade offer in my client space, an offer that DOES NOT exist. it seems that WE the people who supported incomedia by buying version 7 and version 8 now we are not taken into consideration for getting support nor an upgrade option. As a client I do not see why Incomedia will ignore my calls and/or avoid to propose a correct solution for upgrading the product I purchased twice from them. I dont understand. Can anybody help me please?
