Setup email style in settings but does not show when reply using contact page

I experience difficulties when using a contact form in combination with an email layout. The email layout can be setup in the same system/project defaults page where you can find text formatting, (sub)menu formating etc.
The problem is that the layout will not be shown when a reply has been sent as a result of the contact form (sending a 'thank you for ..." confirmation). The recepient receives a plain text email and above following message:
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=UTF-8
Content-Transfer-Encoding: 8bit
Does anyone know how to solve this?
I use Website X5 Evolution version 11 with Windows 8.1.

Hello Oscar,
In the first instance please go to Step 4 Advanced Settings > Data Management and try each of the alternative 'Email form script types' in turn... send a test message using the contact form with each different script... check the reply message in each case to see if HTML formatting has been preserved.
I have attached a screenshot illustrating the setting you need to experiment with. Certain servers need specific scripts to work correctly. You will need to refresh/reupload your WebSite X5 project to the server after each change of script type, and please also clear your browser cache before using the contact form in every instance.
