Dynamic content pages not dynamic until other pages have been visited

I have created on some pages "dynamic content". All are saved as PHP and a login box is provided in the header. All relevant users are defined and have been selected to access dynamic content.
When accessing the website and, after loging in, the dynamic content is not dynamic and contains old data.
After having accessed the page where I have created the first dynamic content box for the site, all other pages with dynamic content function normal

I suspect this issue is related to the problem in your other thread:

The quickest, easiest way to rectify this would be to delete ALL WebSite X5 project files from your web server. Then hold down the 'CTRL' key whilst entering the Preview mode in WebSite X5. Allow the preview time to build to completion by watching the progress bar in the bottom right corner of the screen.
Finally, upload ALL project files to the server in Step 5.
Then test afresh.
