Error 406 when update xd5 version 12

after installing x5 version 12 the update procidure gives an error 406.
Please help!

Install that one, this shuld do the trick. (your projects shoud be save but a backup with step 5 from your project never hurt)

Hello C.J.V.,
You must have a localised network issue due to firewall/antivirus/proxy settings, etc.
Your screenshot indicates that you are still trying to update within the program itself. Please do as Andre suggests here instead:
Once you have downloaded the setup file that Andre linked to, right-click on it and select 'Run as administrator' - this will install the new version over the old one - there is no need to uninstall first.
Make sure WebSite X5 is closed before attempting to install. It would also be a good idea to reboot your computer before installing also.
