Troubles with the version 13

Dear:
I use the x5 12 version and working super fine.
I saw the offer 50 % to upgrade to the 13 version.
I install the demo and is'nt working.
When I want to go to the homepag or other page than the software give a message like the attachment.
The offer 50% is till 31 october and I want this offer, but first working.

Please try to reinstall the visual C++ 2010 library from following link:
https://www.microsoft.com/it-it/download/details.aspx?id=5555
Once done test the program again to see if then it works.
Please keep me updated.

Doesn't work I have a new version about visual C

A newer version of Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable has been detected on the machine.

Try to install all windows updates if available and then test it again.
If this should not help go to Control Panel then choose Programs and Features and there uninstall Visual C++ 2010 and then reinstall it by using the link I wrote you in the previous post.

why working the 12 version good and the 13 not.
if the sofware writer not good write the sofware for all windows version, than we have this problem.
if whit all the trying for the version 13 the version 12 stopped I have with costumers big troubles.

The issue comes from a missing or not correctly working file on your computer required to run the program. The program itself has all the files but it uses these windows frameworks to run and these needs to be installed on windows.
Did you always install the x86 and x64 version of all these Windows components?

Please try to uninstall the program and then delete the content in following folder:
C:\Users\ YOUUR WINDOWS USERNAME \AppData\Local\Incomedia\WebSite X5 v13 - Professional Demo
Once done reinstall the program and test it again.
If also this should not help install the updates of all the programs installed on your computer like adobe or Microsoft office.

In thiss case repair the .NET Frameworks by following these steps:
To repair the .NET Frameworks 3.5 and 4 you need as first to use following cleanup tool to remove .NET 4:

Once done go to Control Panel then choose Programs and Features and then click on Turn Windows features on or off. Clear the check box for Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5.1 and then click on OK. After Windows disables the feature you will need to go back to re-enable Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5.1
This procedure can take some time to deactivate and activate .NET 3.5.1 and once done reinstall .NET 4 after downloading it from following link:
