Dear Team,
Since updating to X5 V13 to [13.0.1.16] the program keeps crashing (see screen shot below) and I ask myself why I bothered upgrading. I should of stuck with an earlier version and saved my money.
Why would this be happening?
I'm running Windows 10 which is fully updated.
Any help would be nice.
Cheers,
Bob

Bob,
I am having similar problems with X5-v13 upgrade, crashing but for me it is when it is saving sometimes. It gets to 98% then just sits there, have to close the program. Last time lost all links and images for the header and all responsive settings for the header as well. Very frustrating. Usiing Win 7 64 Bit.
If tech support need any files just let me know, too dificult to go back to V12 now so have to tread lightly.

I have the same problem ... and it prevents me working to make my webpages ... its a real big bug ... and I feel likea betatester ... my trust in this company goes very down ...

Bob, Jon and Stadtbewegung,
I too am going through a very frustrating time with V13 crashing allot. My software is not an upgrade and is the original full install. So there is a serious bug that causes the program to crash while setting up the structure of the website and adding or modifying different features while designing. My biggest problem is trying to find bug notations and mostly video tutorials for V13 beyond just the normal basics. Thanks for sharing....

Joe,
You have hit the nail on the head. The complete lack of indepth tutorials is a joke.
It feels like 'there's the software, now go and figure it out for yourself' kind of attitude.
I look forward to this being resolved. Not just for me, but for the few in this thread and I dare say it the many in the wings who have the same frustrations with this software.

Hi Elisa,
This doesn't help me as I don't have "LavasoftTcpService" running on my system.
I have scaned my Win10 with FRST64 and none of the things you have listed show up in the "internet Whitelist".
Please advise.
Best regards,
Robert
