Pictures (jpg) disappering when online but fine in X5

Hi
Using most recent version of x5 v.13 professional.
Pictures (.jpg) are fine in the software but some (to me totally random which ones) are disappearing when the site is online.
Any suggestions?

Are there any error messages during the upload?
Is enough space on the server?

No messages apart from the known ones (save freeze). But even reuploading does not resolve the issue. To solve the problem I have to either copy the image on the drive and use that copy in X5 (every time I use the same image) or I take a new "image" field in the X5 menu. I tend to copy/paste already used "image" fields to keep the formatting I want. Using a fresh "image" field seems to resolve the issue, but is time consuming, since I have to reformat it every time again.

From where are you taking the original image?
Is it from an external drive?

Thank you for the information. Please try to export the project as IWZIP in step 5 and then import it back in the program and work on this imported copy to see if then you experience the same issue.
