How to add a search bar to Evolution 13

I'm still very much a novice at website crreation. I'm running X5 Evolution 13 and would like to add a search field in my page headers. Any and all assistance would be appreciated as this is for my church's website. Thanks in advance.

Go to Template > Customization > Header and Footer Content > Select Header Tab > Drag Search Field Object onto The Header Section.
The search bar will be there in the header on every page.
